Flood advice????
I live in WI. and our area got hit pretty hard. I think my place is a complete loss! Our walls are literally falling apart and I have nowhere to go. Our basement still has a steady flow of water flowing through it! We have huge cracks in the floors ( cement basement floor) and long thick cracks in the walls, still oozing out water. Heres the problem. Its a rental and my landlord wont even come and look at the damage!!! What can I do??? Mold is starting to grow up the walls and on the floor where water has receeded and the whole place smells like crap! I have small children with asthma too… what can I do??? Is there anyone I can call that will help me??? I’m so tired and stressed out! We lost so much…. any advice would be helpful. Please put my mind at ease.
P.S. We have renters insurance but it does not cover natural disaster.

get help to move, first. Food, sleep, and then next steps. Take a minute, and think that a renter is better off than a person losing house that they own, and no insurance.
